World Superbike / Supersport 2006

Josh Brookes has just signed to ride a 749RS for NCR Ducati in the 2006 World Supersport Championship. Good luck to him and it will be interesting to see him fighting it out against an old foe in Kevin Curtain. Brookesy never did too much racing against Broc Parkes apart from early Moriwaki/125 rides but he battled Kev on the Superbike a few times and 600s here in Oz.

Soooo.... Be interesting to see if Aussies can win most of the World Supersport races in 2006..... Here's hoping.

Pitty is back on the R1 in World Superbike, Bayliss back on a Ducati in World Superbike, Muggas on a Fireblade in World Superbike, McCoy rumoured to be likely on a Ducati in some team and Steve Martin still on the FPR nail it will again be a fairly Australian flavour running through the superbike/supersport paddock.

Feb 25 is when the show kicks off in Qatar before they head to the Island on March 5th for round two. Bring it on!
