In life you only get one lap, might as well make it a good one.

All braided lines are the same? If so, i think i might get a set for my 09 hyo!

Yes, they're all the same up to a point. On my bike they made a huge difference, I can't see them doing squat for a Hyo

I've got a set I bought for my Hyo before I sold it, forgot to hand them over to the new owner so have been lying round for a couple of months, still in box, all nuts bolts etc still in unopened poly bag. PM me with an offer.
(P.s I fly out to work on wednesday morning, so if you do want them it'll either have to be tonight or tomorrow for collection.)
If you get braided lines, get new levers as well (no, they're not cheap).
i found the stock levers on my RR had quite a bit of flex.
But on a hyo? Dude, you're looking at 400-500 bucks for lines + levers. Thats a set of decent tyres and brake pads, which will make way more difference.
stuff
Yeh, i intend on getting some pilots and some decent pads. I just figured i may aswell do these things whilst im at it. I got the bike for a year minimum, so 600~ or so in parts to customize her a bit is no drama.
Shes only a stepping stone, however so nothing crazy =)

Save your coin, ride the hyo like its a dirty crack whore for your year then upgrade a month before you can get your opens. Thats what i plan on doing anyway and so far 4 months have flown bye! Then when you have the bike thats already good on the road you can bling it with the money you saved.
what do broccoli and anal sex have in common? If you were forced to have either as a child, you'll hate it as an adult...
600 bucks in parts will buy you crash protection on your big bike (or repair this one when you bin it), decent tyres for the R bike, or whatever.
^^ what that guy said.
its money you won't get back, and your RE time is better spent riding the thing than having it off the road modifying it.
1 year sounds like a lot, but ~9 months in you're likely to be looking at open class bikes and on your R Ls if you're keen and have spent the time riding the hell out of the RE bike.
but... 2c.
it does fly by though.
stuff
98kellrs how much would u sell em 4 or would u give em away 4 a good cause lol
