umm try during office hours Monday - Friday
Any news on this connor88?

Is this much different to doing Trakdayz or racecraft? , if so i'm keen on the idea of all 250's.
Well I've booked the two of us in for Feb the 26th - there are still spots free so I'd jump on it guys!
Thanks for the advice Stoneville.
It is a fantastic course and I would strongly recommend it to any 250 rider or new R class riders. It is a course designed to take you one step up on what you learn to pass the test, most people learn just enough to pass the RE licence.
This course takes it one step further to help strengthen your skills in E-stops both in straights, mid corner and at higher speeds, cornering, slow work which they have a course set up with witches hats, O or U turns figure 8's are used also slow and high speed manoeuvring. There was three instructors when I went, had 3 sections/courses each one with one instructor teaching and giving tips one on one. You have constant monitoring by professionals who help and give you tips all the way through the day.
I went with a mate and my brother after I had just got my RE licence and it was a fantastic day of riding and learning, if you have the chance to go I say do it.

Don't do what you can't undo, until you've considered what you can't do once you've done it.
Certainty of Death...., small chance of success...., what are we waiting for!!

If you are going Thursday, please take lots of fluids/sunscreen/hat etc. it's gonna be a hot one!!

Cheers Stoneville I will do! I'll let u all know how it goesit cost 235 and their are now 8 spots left
For those that completed the course on Australia Day, did they do a pre-bike inspection? Chain, oil, tyres, etc?

I'm gonna be getting in on this in a few weeks once I've passed my R test and bought a new bike.
I have a list of dates for the tuning days that I got from a mate - I believe the ARD is usually on the same day as the tuning session, isn't it?
I believe tuning sessions are the day after.

Are they? I Was under the impression that the ARD was in the morning and the tuning session in the afternoon...
Same day, ARD in the morning TS in the arvo (most of the time)
"Democracy means simply the bludgeoning of the people by the people for the people"
Hmm, best have words with the guy organizing the 2-stroke tuning day...
Hey guys,
Sorry I'm not on PSB as I used to be...
To put things in order:
1st step is ARD and goes from 8.30am to 2pm mainly a refresher of "U", counter steering, "E" stops @ 50/60/70/80km/h and most important "E" stops on a bend.
2nd step TS is structured in 2 group "A" n "B"...u normally start in the slow group and once u have a good phase you move in the fast group...15min x group main point are lines, braking points, body position, tires pressure n suspension setup
We did "250 only" in the past and was a real blast as this track works well for sml bikes...it's nice to see someone on a VTR 250 givin' a run for the money to the bigger bikes...more technical then Collie n Wanneroo as both tracks are wide enough for car racing...where RAC track is like a go-kart track...really tricky to learn but great self-satisfaction once you learn the layout.
It's cheaper to organize a TS then hiring the track (2k plus)...normally u need between 12 to 16 peeps....but the most fun ones are when u have only 5 bikes like last Sunday...
Race bikes are welcome (just make sure they have a rego/plate)
Hope that helps.
Andrea
