yeah gotta agree... why put all the money into designing and setting up an EFI engine just to sell the crap one over here?
I'm so sick of carbs... I thought single carb on the MG and my van/magic surf bus was bad enough... then I got a bike with quad carbs...
EFI FTW

Green Flouro rim tapes? whats the deal ?
General wondering, in a quarter mile, zzr vs ninja who would win? as my understanding they make the same power but the only difference is that the ninja has more mid range power while the zzr has that in the top end.
I don't really mind that because i love to rev the zzr hard to get to the top end while most people dontt like to go over 9.000 rpm which is why the ninja would seem ''faster''
that right?

Nope but I can confirm they do stopping stoppies Could do with another on the front though, the back feels stronger than the front on mine. . .

Don't let people tell you they don't like it, that is how I want to do my bike when I get one worth modding out, dark black with some really bright shiny parts. And neons. Yeah I'm not joking

cheers guys, didnt want to come off too cocky with the thread title..just proud of my first bike.
the fluro green seems to be a love or hate thing, in person it stands out quite well with the contrast of the black, however when on the side of the 2bro can the yellow makes it look a bit...odd.
Ah well, and to the person who said i should drop passenger pegs/seat cowl. Take one guess why i havnt done that mate..

I used to enjoy a good ol' Hyo bash.. Even enjoyed reading them...I cant even look at a Hyo now .... If only Yamaha re-release something from the past .. We like to live in hope I guess..
I must say that the Ninja looks a shit load better than the Great Korean Mean machine though...
Your bike looks the shit dude... Cool mods.. Rim Tapes dont do it for me either but its what you like .... Careful with your accessories spend though.. Dont go overboard ..Sometimes having to much shit on your bike can be worse...

I would suggest that they're similar enough that the winner will be the one who ran their bike in better, or who is lighter, who more recently changed their oil, or who gets the better launch.
Basically the same motor (yes, i'm sure kawasaki claim x% of different parts, but the figures are nearly identical), very similar weight, and neither bike will be doing quick enough speed at the top end of the track for aerodynamics to make a poofteenth of difference.
From what i hear the suspension on the ninja is vastly superior though.
Nicely modified bike tho

quick point to make, since you're in the country, get a radiator guard asap. A new ninja got a hole through his yesterday on the country ride.
