compliance plate ????

Ok so I bought an 06 250 hyoshit a year ago for my daily commute off a mate who brought it from Brittons

I just noticed the other day my compliance plate sez it's a gt250 not a gt250r have I been stooged?

I don't really care, its the same engine and all just some extra plastc and it would explain why I can only find comet service manuals

I'm wondering if it's like this on anyone else's

my 2012 hyo that i got from britton is jan 2012 but has only gt250 on it. it's fully faired (it still had plastic wrapper on it and was in a crate) so I dn't think you've been stooged...

i had the same concern with my xr6t the compliance plate labeled it as a factory xr6 however there was no compliance plate showing the turbo part (even tho its identified) i contacted ford and gave them VIN etc and yeah, was a factory turbo...guess the guy with the name plate machine was offsick that day

That's why they're are cheap, shortcuts Do you realise how much time and money can be saved not stamping those letters

Write to Hyosung immediately and demand all the (R)acing parts that are missing and don't take no for an answer on the turbocharger.
