Oh yeh, was a 1pm test.

My confirmation letter said R class - dpi said thats just how they format their letter, but their records show the type of R you are going for.

I rang to try and book my test for around 16th Oct, Joondalup, Morley and West Perth have nothing. They told me to ring every tuesday can I ring the centres direct or do I have to keep trying the 13 11 56 number?

TIA

as far as i know you can ring the centers, if you wish - just means you will have to make 3 phone calls (assuming the first and second don't have slots available) instead of 1.

I somehow managed (by pure bullshit chance) to book mine for the 3rd of October in Rockingham. Small drive, but shouldn't be too bad.

I would honestly keep ringing the 13 11 56 number as they can check all of the centres and as far as I know, all the centres use the same system so would be easier just to use the general call centre number.

Yeah i thought ringing the 13 11 56 number would be the way to go, but the chick I spoke to said they only get updates every week from the centres.... if that is true seriously WTF, automate that shit and have a centralised system!

Thanks for that - bit out of the loop lately - moving and trying to sell a house. I need a holiday!! Congrats to Zen!

At least you peeps have been able to get thru - my Dad has been calling about doing a test with them all he gets is "We are experiencing a heavy numbers of calls, please phone back later" or some such bullshit. He's rung about 5 or 6 times and got that - talk about wasting your time and money.
It's a f#cked system - glad I don't have to book any more tests!

I usually call in the morning, wouldn't really bother after about 12 midday as most of the recently opened up spots would have been taken. Call as soon as you're able to in the morning otherwise you'll eb calling for weeks!
