stupid mistake, after spending ridiculous loads of cash on last minute training bike hire and stuff, a fail from a stupid mistake is like a big sweet kick in the soul. fuck it.
HUGE shout out to stephan, for taking me to city west and last minute advice and practice.
shout out to sikpupy for lessons, setting me up with rick for lessons and bike hire, and to stoney, and everyone else whos been riding with me over the weeks getting me prepared.
in a months time ill be ready to pass hopefully : /

Never a good thing to fail but look at it this way: all those silly nerves are out the way so you should be have better concentration second time around and nail it.
Paying more money, waiting etc. is a pain in the arse but in five weeks when you have your licence it will all be forgotten

Oh dear, oh well more time to drill in all those things you need to remember, didn't think you had to wait a month anymore??? Pretty sure I read in a thread that you didn't need to anymore, harns I'd check with the DPI.
Post up for next Thursday's ride if you want to come out, oh and glad you bought all the gear

Unlucky... many of us have failed our first test. You now know not to trust impatient cagers waiting in traffic. The second time will be less nerving. Good luck

ok so i called dpi and booked my prac test for monday the 21st, one of two things happened.
1) they abolished the rule forcing you to wait a month between fails
2) the fact i failed hasnt been processed yet and so im entitled to a test within a month
lol time to practice more!

Bad luck mate, learn from your mistakes and move on. Be patient you will have your RE soon. I waited nearly 10 months before i got my RE. I ride everyday to work with a shaddow until feel confident then i went for my test. Just practice more before you go for your next test. Do not rush it mate.

Thats not fair that you didnt pass.
You know what you are doing on the road. Hopefully when I get back to Perth in a week and a half we will be able to ride without the L plates.
Let me know if you need any more help and I will see what I can do

yeah well monday hopefully ill nail it, i mean, its fucking the stuff thats not important that fails most people, i mean i failed because when i fucked up i stopped mid lane to see what the instructor did. if i was solo i wouldnt do that. ect.. aswell, most mistakes are caused my un necessary stress caused from an instructor.
