Great customer service for new riders

Hi guys and girls,

I am a new rider myself and just had a truly amazing customer service experience with Irdizzle (Irwan) and the team at Prestige Honda.

I had been to several different dealers from Mandurah to Perth and had a few experiences with pushiness and just general bad service.
After asking for advice on PSB I had several people direct me to Prestige and then Irwan contact me directly. He was incredibly helpful and patient and spared the bullshit. I was happy to sign up for a CBR250R with him as there was no pressure to do so.

Irwan went the extra mile to shadow me so that I could test ride the bike (still on my L's) so that I could make an informed decision. He was very patient and took me for a full 30 minute ride along the river in Applecross and Attadale.

When I did decide that I was ready to make the purchase, the process was very simple and painless.

The team at Prestige then helped to set up myself and my partner with the appropriate gear at a very generous discount.

Now I just have to wait for my finance to come through and organise a time for them to deliver my new bike to my house.

I would highly recommend going to see them if you are new to riding and even if you aren't. I will be doing all my bike related dealings and services with them in the future.
