I Have My License at Last!
This morning, i passed my RE Test first go! I only lost 1 point for "locking up my wheel" when a car in front of me started to move and then decided to stop suddenly. But that doesn't matter, all that does is that I got through everything else!
I have to say thanks to Dwayne at Elite Motorcycle Training for taking me for lessons. He was a great teacher and can recommend Elite if anyone is looking for an instructor. They run a great joint.
There's nothing like finally taking out my GPX for a spin!

although u passed it should still matter that u "locked up the wheel" when a car came in front of you. I had an off on my 250 doin that exact same thing. So don't stop practising!

The car was in front of me at a set of lights and I gave plenty of room between it and me. Light went green, he decided to go but stopped suddenly after about 0.5m. I didn't actually know I locked up the wheel until I got back, but I took it on board and now have it in mind for when I'm out riding.
I still know I have a long way to go honing my skills! |
