Evidently not if you are still arguing the point.
Most bike shops will be good, and reverse an OTP, but some may not, it's up to the individual shop.
It is YOUR responsibility to ensure the contract suits you at the time of signing.

Um, no. It's not.
The printed OTP is more legally binding than anything said by you or the salesman. You have both signed it and agreed to the terms.
The terms are there to protect both the consumer and the seller.

Sorry mate, this doesn't make sense, you can't shuffle people around because they aren't happy.
Everyone knew there would be a huge supply issue for these bikes, and yet people still ordered them. most dealers are kept in the dark about delivery times and dates as much as the actual consumers.
