Meet Stratton Caltex, Toodyay Road, bout 500m from Roe Hwy, Stratton.

Meet n greet from 10am leave 10.30am

Head up Toodyay Rd to Toodyay, lunch (gonna be fun, as the Alert Roadcraft day will be getting there about when we are ready to saddle up, so should be a few bikes around ) then through to Julimar, Chittering Valley to Bullsbrook, (Northies can peel off there if they wish) then back to meet point.

Back home before 3pm.

I Might have my motor back together by then. Atm its getting honed out so i can put the new pistons and rings in. Will see, i think i might have to stay away from this run cause i dont want to do it all over again. The last run cost me roughly $4.20 per km.

I have commitments on a Sunday morning and that take a bit of forward planning to change and as I have already arranged for this Sunday off (ALERT motorcyle maitenance course) I probably won't be able to make either date.

One option is that if I know where you are planning to stop for lunch and what time and it is not too far away, I could get there by the most direct route and join you for the second half of the ride if that is OK with others.

Another option for me is - if it is convenient for the organisers of course - is that the occasional ride be organised on a Saturday rather than a Sunday. I know quite a few people work on Saturdays so Sunday is the only available day, but I suspect I am not the only one that has regular work on Sundays and Saturdays are the only regularly free day.
