Meeting at 6:30pm for a 7:00pm departure!
This run is R Class friendly, please come along if you wish! But first and foremost it's for beginners.
We will be riding at a pace suited to less experienced riders. There will be corner checking always, and we will pull over and wait for the group to catch up as often as is required.
The route will be announced in the next 48 hours..
Suggestions for riding behaviour:
Always leave a gap between you and the rider in front. Even though we may ride in a staggered formation, that does not mean that one bike's distance between you and the bike in front, is enough. Remember the optimal 2 second gap.
Do not overtake on this run, ESPECIALLY in corners.
Around corners and roundabouts, leave an even LARGER gap between you and the bike infront.
Ride at your own pace. There WILL be corner checking, and we will wait for you to catch up. Don't feel pressured to ride out of your comfort zone, just to keep up with the bike in front.
Hopefully we will have a good ride!
I'd like a few experienced riders to offer their services - We'll need a TEC, and a couple of bikes who can concentrate on corner checking.
Learners - If you want to come and need a shadow, post your request in this thread. Shadows - You know you wanna!

Davey leads a very good ride, I recommend it to anybody, big or small bike.
I should be able to make it, can shadow a 250 rider, or general corner mark as required.

awwwww crapstix! I don't finish werk til 6 then would have to drive the cage home and then get shadowed from ellenbrook to some sort of meet point, don't think there'd be time, eh?

poo poo poo! Sorry guys, but I'm double booked. Thursday is also the MAD committee meeting, so I might have to give the ride a miss.

You may want to PM LaurenSOR... she has not been on forum much lately but was looking for shadows SOR and they are few and far between.
What time you heading past Cockburn Central (Armadale Rd) as may link up and join everyone on the ride?

OK... those SOR will be leaving BP on Nickelson Rd at 6PM..... that is the BP near High St and close to Roe Hwy (not the one I think out closer to Armadale Rd)
