Well tonight I got around to installing the Galfer braided lines and Motul Fluid.
I must say the difference is noticable straight away hands down the best improvement to the bike to far. It feels alot more confident (for lack of a better word) under hard braking. Worth considering if you are not 100% happy with the stock brake feel.
As always pics first page.

Basically it is
DOT1, DOT2, DOT3, DOT4, DOT5.1 = all compatible, just higher number = better (in terms of rated boiling point).
DOT5 = silicone based.
Yes, whoever decided that DOT5 would be silicone, and DOT5.1 being the same as all the other single number DOT ratings was a fuckwit...

im wondering what size bobbins you have used from sharp racing accessories. the fitment chart there was no help, having no 250 on it! 6, 8, 10 or 12mm? they look neat and when my red ninja arrives ill be slapping these on. also loving your evo 725 grips, my exhaust will be two brothers carbon im thinking

Oggies for '08 Ninja 250R
I spoke to a bloke at Oggy Knobbs the other day and he said there is nothing for them on the market as yet and there probably won't be. The fairing width compared to that of the engine means that any reinforcement added would simply snap if dropped. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

Someone spoke of enlarging the holes on a Ninja 250 tank cap however I can't find the post. I had a look at mine however couldn't identify three holes in the cap. Anyone give me more info on it? New to bikes so still trying to sort my sh*t..

Hm snap I got my ninja way back in march. Was a long wait. I didnt go nutso on dressing her up like a princess. Just a new exhaust cause it sounded like a postie bike and the rear hard seat cover. Cut some of the tongue off the back. Sounds sweet now. And yes we didnt get much choice on colour huh? Oh well. But I have upgraded to a mummy ninja now so much fun. Cheers see you out there.
