Can an R class holder shadow an R-E learner (me) regardless of how long he has held his R-class (he has held it for <1 year).

You need to have held the class of licence you are shodowing for at least 4 years. So you need to have held your R-E licence for 4 years in this case. In fact, you don't even need to have your R class, the only requirement is time based.

connorling, just PM some one on the list on the first page or find a ride in the loop. post up in the thread and ask if someone can shadow you. You should find some obliging people to help you out.
