Hey Guys,
I'm kinda new to riding, well I have been riding for almost a year now but only recently have I been on my bike almost every day.
Last night I was riding down Alexander Drive, and I know there is a speed Camera coming up near the Dianella shops. Made sure I was doing less than 60.. and then flash! at 55...
There was another bloke next to me in a white ute, he too was doing the same speed as me. I thought about it last night, the distance between the front wheel and rear on the bike is alot less than the car, I'm pretty sure that speed camera uses the ground sensors to calculate the speed as there are two sensors perfectly spaced just after the white line.
I also remember back in May when I got flashed by one of the same types of fixed cameras, I still haven't got any notifications and I definitely wasn't speeding on that occasion too.
Does anyone else think this or could give some info?
