VTR 250 not starting well.

Bike was not used for 3 weeks and now does not start so well. Only does after a few dozen tries. Just clean the spark plugs or is there anything else to check out?

check the battery and give it a good ride to clear the carbs abit. u might have got fuel varnishing in the carbs so your passage ways are half size or so. when it starts u could run it then stop and check the plugs to see if its running lean.
