ZZR250 front brake
I have a question about the front brake on the ZZR250 well what i want to find out is it normal for the brakes to be soft?? I have done a complete bleed on the system and there still not much harder
Im just used to reaching for the brake and get something like what the RS125 brakes are like

Simon try clamping your brake hose 100mm down from the banjo bolt on the resevoir with a pair of vice grips
and pump the lever. It will bleed any air stuck in the plunger. Then re-bleed the caliper.

sorry about the late reply I don't think it has anything to do with the resevior, if i put braided brake lines on the bike would that make it any better??

The tip was given to me by Gav (GD Eng) worked well on my zzr. Air got into the plunger under the res and wouldn't bleed out
Tried the tip and brakes worked better.
