Donations to MAD for each Mortgage Refered through PSB
Michelle at Motgage Choice will donate money to MAD for each mortgage taken out where PSB is mentioned as the referral.

Given that broking companies get about $1k per $200k as an upfront commision and then about $500 per year trail (for the same amount) for the life of the loan she should be quite generous.
Property in Perth is quite expensive dont ya know.

Normally Michelle does up a big gift basket as a thank you for referrals.
I asked her if she would be interested in donating the money she would normally spend on a gift basket toward MAD (obviously I explained about MAD to her) and I could put a thread up here in PSB world and if people were in the market and said PSB was the referee she could donate to MAD.
I will be asking her to donate any referrals I give her, that use her services, to MAD instead of giving me a basket.
It was a thought and one she was very happy to be a part of.
I have asked her the amount in dollars that it will amount to and will post that up once I hear back from her.

Michelle usually does up $80 gift hampers as a thank you to referrals, she is happy to donate that $80, instead of doing up a gift hamper, to MAD for referrals, that do business with her, stating they are from PSB.
