Me too.
Or the day after.
I'll actually start it next Monday, so its easier to keep track of.
Or maybe at the start of the Month so its more in sync that way.
Or why not wait until the start of next year...

i can still manage 50 on the spot
but breaking 100 would be sweet
might give it a go.... i never seem to be able to stick things through... i forget about them
for those who have never been shown how to do a pushup i will explain
start feet together lying on the ground, place your hands a comfortable distance away from your body inline with your shoulders.
Now push up, this is your starting position (ensure that your body is not curved in any way shape or form... dont curl your back down or up. it should be a straight line from your shoulder to hip to ankle)
now lower yourself down so that your upper arms parallel with the ground (if your elbow makes a right angle then your hands are in the right position, otherwise lower yourself all the way down adjust hand position and resume)
Push back up all the way congratulations once down and once up 1 one pushup
now repeat x 100

So I was doing them properly
Now I feel much better
Second lot again tonight, I had some back pain after the last lot, but I guess I just need to concentrate on keeping a straight back, and that should start to strengthen up a bit too

Strengthen the abs too and it will help support your back.

Yeah i did 60-90 seconds, Didn't time it exactly right, My muscles were still aching (probably from being a postie and using the muscles all day so they cant heal)
I tried it and managed about 7 pushups before i collapsed, Was going to post on here saying i was gonna wait 1 more day to rest but tried it once more before i hit SEND... still hurt for first 10 or so but after that was fine !
And now they feel awesome!

pushup + clap behind your back.
If you havent tried it, do it on grass first to avoid smashing your nose into bits.
