Starting Week 2 Day 1 tonight.
Only been able to do 10 on the last set for the first 3 days.
Started with 15 continuous, can't imagine I'd be able to do much more than that by next week.

I'm going to start again Monday. The reason being I'm ocean racing on Saturday. If I do another set today, (seeing as I made the mistake of trying to do w1d1 again yesterday) I'll still be fucked when it comes time to grind. But feel free to abuse me come Monday....

been trying to keep up with the program as much as possible but I always end up doing around 200 pushups with jujutsu anyway on tuesday and wednesday - but really noticed that the first 20 are now starting to be really easy so I'll keep up with it
