Hmm level 4 for me(55+ age group). Great that you pps are doing these - but can I ask why just push ups? and what is the point? what is it you are aiming for - just 100 push ups.
My fitness club and physio are helping me develop a motorcycle racing specific exercise program (also age (  ) injury related) - now if they could only increase my skill/ability level  !
