Guys, if anyone needs a hand flashing a 360 to run "homebrew' games, shoot me a pm. Ive flashed the samsung ms25, ms 25 and hitachi drives with no issues. I havent done the liteon drive yet, but I belive they are quite rare.
Mods, this isnt a 'services for sale post' just happy shareing the techniques that mod shops charge up to $150 a console for.

Also If you have a 360 that has a borked drive its possible I might me able to get it going for you, I cant give any guarantees but I can pull the dvd key off the chip by desoldering it and chucking it in my willem chip reader. Once you have the key you put it in the firmware of your new replacement drive, and presto, you have a working 360
