Animated GIF Software Recommendations

- Its gotta be free
- I gotta be able to download it from the web
- No watermarks or bullshit like that
- A cracked version of something would be good.
- Simple to build animated gifs would be nice.

What do you fella's recommend, and where do I get it?

just a thought... it'll do animated gifs... wouldn't say it's the most friendly program in the world but if your use to photoshop etc. it shouldn't be too hard.
