Looking to rent our joint out, have looked at a couple of local real estate agents for property management, they seem a little pricey anyone have any recommendations on a decent crew?

Refugee and Humanitarian Issues: Australia's Response
*Department of Immigration and Citizenship*
There is no offence under Australian law that criminalises the act of arriving in
Australia or the seeking of asylum without a valid visa.
Haven't done both, I'd always rent out myself. When you have compiled the shortlist do the final interview at the applicants house that way you can see how they treat there property. (if possible) Real Estate Agents will also negotiate there rates, but my agent gave me a crazy low price then 2 months later sent out a new fee schedule with an authority to sign. (they never did receive that signed authority). I also found that my agent in time of need sided with the tenant over a dispute. Cut the middle man out Do it yourself...
