Anyone built their own sauna?

After a recent chat with the cook, she agreed that a sauna would be a fun thing to have. Unfortunately its not going to be happening in the immediate future, but it is something I want to start researching. Im curious to know if anyone has built their own, size, type, construction methods etc, and what was good and bad about it. So far a 6 x 8 seems about right, two levels would be good, I would want to be able to fit about 6 people comfortably.

On an interesting side note, she wholly agreed that there would be a no clothes rule in the sauna for everyone. Should make it interesting when her ultra-catholic family comes over!
