Dropped into the Sony Centre yesterday and picked up PlayTV, can record shows now.

How much is play tv? Might be cheaper to get that and a new hard drive.
Our Topfield PVR is a real POS, it works fine but I won't buy another.

$159, haven't really tried it out for recording yet but it all set up easily. I'm also planning on upgrading my memory, another hundred bucks I suppose.

Sony Centre is doing a bundle $599 for PlayTV and slim 250GB PS3, maybe a game in that too or something.
