    Boxing bag internals

    originally was filled with a mixture of rags and sawdust. Sand seems too heavy for it (the bottom protrudes downwards quite noticeably), any other ideas what I can cheaply and easily fill it with to get a good weight? it's a good quality bag so should withstand pretty much anything.
