I've had a few enquires about my training classes, firstly I'd like to say that I'm not an affiliated Crossfit gym however I am a Certified Crossfit trainer and as such can use their methods and principles. The upside of this is I'm a lot more affordable
I normally run the classes 3 times a week on Monday & Wedensday at 6pm and Saturday at 9am. Classes are small 8 max.
The normal location is my house in yokine as I've a pretty well equipped garage gym.
Saturday changes between South Perth/my house depending on the workout.
For those of you that don't know what Crossfit is well it's functional fitness performed at very high intensity, which basically means we use the body the way it is designed to be used and the workouts are short but intense.
