You can offend alot of people with that statement... You never know who chooses recruitment agents to do the dirty work of finding them a job.

A lot of govvy agencies now have a policy to outsource recruiting. The choice is no longer theirs.

Depends what they term as an IT Consultant...it could mean help desk support ... and then thats not a baaad wage...but if they are looking for DBA's,server admin or that well then good luck unless it is an grad posiiton.
