All welcome - no previous experience required. All fitness levels catered for as you work at your own pace. Only qualification is sincerity and effort.
Note please PM me if you have an injury or illness as this is not a rehab class, however it may be possible that modifications can be offered to enable you still to participate.

Parking directly opposite the Centre at the Bayswater Train Station overfill carpark (Whatley Cres just before King William/Coode St intersection). As the lane is a marked turning left lane be aware that you need to brake with as much notice as possible, as indicating alone may leave drivers behind you thinking you are turning left into Coode St rather than into the carpark. And as Skut said, be alert (but not alarmed) when crossing the road.
