    Getting Fit... Ellenbrook

Ok, so I am extremely unfit and starting to put some weight on

Am looking for someone in Ellenbrook to do some sort of fitness regime with...

I have nothing planned, and was thinking of just using the oval for walking/jogging and whatever else (im really not sure what to do exactly)

    Anyways, any takers???

i would suggest a hill rather than an oval. goin uphill burns way more energy and tones the legs quicker. steeper the better.

...you've been to Ellenbrook, right? Finding a sandpit for beach running is easy, finding a hill is....less easy.
It is worth remembering that when a person dies, his or her funeral contributes to the Gross Domestic Product, even though they are no longer there.

Cool, few replies there... and yeah no real hills around here that i know of altho the dog section of the oval has a slight hill....

Oh and any other ideas for some form of training? Not looking to go all out, just something to help get some fitness back (not that i had any before haha)

    P. S not looking at spending money when I have a nice big oval so close

Jogging with the dog would involve me being dragged behind and not being able to stop... would be kinda funny, for everyone ELSE!
