I have my own gravitational pull, a downgrade from the teenager who trained four nights a week.
Getting back into the swing of things, but it's a slow process.

I would consider myself pretty fit, I've run the Busselton half ironman tri 3 times and completed numerous shorter distance ones along with plenty of half and full marathons. Not doing too much running at the min as I munted my knee again, but still on the pushy. I dont have much choice as I'm a mobile Personal trainer and it's part and parcel of the trade, but it is enjoyable all the same.
All my workouts are designed for experienced crossfitters please scale according to your abilities as these workouts can seriously ruin your day.

Despite spinal injuries (Rugby), reconstructed left ankle, right knee, right wrist etc, I gym it every lunchhour, usually 30 mins on running or climbing machine then about 40 mins weights. Also like to treadly and swim. Pass my annual military fitness test every year without a prob.
Don't have an athletic bone in my body, so its something I work on and enjoy doing.

id like to say im pretty fit, as a kid i always did well at long distance, and im horribly slow at sprinting, having to shamefully admit i was beat by most of the girls in highschool!
but now I usually focus on running until the city to surf, then i focus on the gym through summer, the last 2 times ive run it (12km) i got 55:xx and 54:xx

I can shag for about 5 mins, compared to 2 hours when I was younger ... yeah TOO unfit![]()
