Advanced PDF Password Recovery
or
Acrobat Key
Will do the job most of the time.
Google for them and you should find a demo......
he said he already knew the password...Originally posted by dugy@Oct 26 2005, 07:35 PM

If you have a copy of Adobe Acrobat Professional you can change the security settings. I imagine at the moment security method is set to password security, and document open password is set to yes.
I don't believe you can change security settings under Adobe Reader...
But, is it the right password?Originally posted by exodus_68@Oct 28 2005, 12:15 PM

Well then diddle with the security settings like he said.
Or post the password.
(Unless you use it for other things and don't want it public. So just PM it to me....along with your bank details, DOB, etc.)![]()
the password is actually my mobile number and i dont want to make it public to any tom, dick or harry.
it turns out after a bit more digging the password is actually a user password not a owner, soo acroat key has tested over 2 billion passwords and still going.
