iphone 4 mail

I just went to check my email accounts on my iphone 4 not jailbroken 4.3.5 and all my accounts are gone.
Anyone know of this or got a fix please?

I have done a reset.
Do youse think a back up from itunes at home tonight would work?

A restore will get the accounts back but I don't know how that will affect the JB, or whether you're mail will come back. Depends on the mail config I think. POP3?

What kind of and how many accounts did you have?

6 regular account - like my westnet home account etc.
1 gmail

I'd just set them back up manually because generally all the mail is kept on the server, once set up they should just pull all your mail and it'll be back to normal. If you can't remember all the details restore to a recent backup, you may lose stuff that you've added since the backup so get your new photos off it, the ones taken since the last backup.

sounds like you got off easy dubster

around the same time my iphone4 shut down and keeps trying to reboot but failing and am un able to do anything with it, although the only progress i made was via perth store tech help which showed me a trick (button combination/not the easy hold both crap) which forced it into recovery mode but am still trying to get it to download new version blah blah blah
shitty part is im in newman for another week and the bastards wont send me a replacement phone
