The Samsung is pretty fkn sweet though. They've lifted their game a long way from their early hyoesque offerings.

Just found out Sharp do one as well and they are cheaper and better according to Harvey Norman due to backlit or some thing being behind the screen not on edges of screen. 52" Sharp on backorder I reckon
If you're thinking of Kelvin (can't remember his forum name), he's moved on to bigger & better things.

Toshiba, but they generally have a noisy chasis (which you notice in the cooler months as the set comes up to operating temp) I should know I bought one. Would go a Samsung next time.

Although 40" would once have truely won bragging rights at the local gathering of CUBs, it's no where near enough compensation these days.

The 52" sharp does not release for another 4 weeks.
If I'm willing to wait and put down a deposit then i'll get first dibs.
otherwise I can get the samsung.
I've put in an enquiry with my distributor about the 52" screens. see what i can do.
Not helpful to you, but interestingly enough I can get Panasonic 65" Touch screens and an 85" Full HD Plasma screen
