mortgage checking software

Anyone have any experience with any sort of software that claims to check your mortgage and associated accounts fro bank errors?

For eg this one;

I'm obviously sceptical of their claims, so wondered if anyone has tried it or similar.

I've got some that I paid a couple of hundred for but have never used.

I got the one from Mortgage watchdog used it a couple of times, found some discrepancies early on in the loan but for minimal amounts (less than a dollar). I haven't used it since. I probably should but don't have the time at the moment.
