Rework is good, I especially like what it says about meetings. They basically give a platform for the office idiot to talk shit. Meetings are damaging if run for the sake of having a meeting. Some good lateral approaches here.

Ocean Classics, by Richard Bennett. Hes the official photographer for the Sydney to Hobart yacht race, and the book is full of inspiring and awesome pics..its amazing how these giant sailing machines can look so tiny in the wild of the open ocean. I love looking at the pics and imagine im on one of these boats, sails reefed down hard, banked over, winches in the water, green water rushing down the deck, its my favourite mind escape..
