Need iPod / iTunes help plz

Seriously, how the fuck do I do this?

Apparently deleting a complete playlist from my iClod doesn't actually delete the associated files. Who'd have thunk it? No, it just leaves them festering on the unit and eating up space.

It doesn't even store them in a logical fashion on the device to I can browse to it and remove the ones I want removed manually. I can't find the option to do this with iTunes, so what the fucking cunt Apple?

Anybody know how the fuck to delete these orphaned files without fragging the fucking thing? Why the fuck is something that should be so fucking simple so fucking hard?

take the playlist out of the ipod section in itunes - when you next sync up it should delete the music that isnt in the list on itunes...

    I.. uh.. I don't synch shit?

I just generate a playlist, then drop the fucker onto the device. I've had disasterous happenings with synching in the past where it removes shit from the iClod that I actually want to keep, and does other various retarded things.

Comes from trying to manage the iPod with several different machines, but that's a circumstance that simply cannot be avoided.

There should be an item for music or something under the ipod's menu that shows you all of the files on the device. Removing them from this view removes them from the device and any playlists they're in. I manage my own lists for much the same reason.

Make the playlist. Then in your ipod summary click on music (ipod summary opens when you click on the ipod on the left of your itunes.) Then click on the playlist that you want to sync.

Note on the summary page make sure you click 'add manually icon" blah blah

If you have issues go to the website its easy. Frustrating at first but once you got the hang of it you can do it with eyes closed. I was pissed off at first to but eventually got it. If in doubt reset your ipod on summary page this clears it all.
