quakelive.com has bought back FPS memories for me... and it free!

I remember aimbots in the original COD... so dweeb was using one.. everyone was abusing him and he keep saying I dont have one... I dont have one... stop whinging... dumbfuck didn't realise you got a reply from who killed you and half the time you could not even see yourself on the screen and he would head shot you from somewhere within .5 second.

    COD4 & CODWAW on XB360.

Been toying with the idea of going back to PC gaming. Meh... keyboard & mouse on the lounge isnt all that comfy.

Until my Xbox comes back from being fixed, its strictly Condor for me.

Declaring a 400km task flight in a glider then taking three and a half hours to complete it is fun right?

Although I've been known to take a 777 from KLAX to YSSY on auto pilot just for shits & giggles. (14 hours)

I was going to suggest trainspotting to you, but you seem to have a pointless boring past time already...

    Which one?

I spent a little time with I and II (I preferred II, from memory), and some serious time with III (was the first full-priced computer game I ever bought). IV was a huge disappointment though, and 5 looked more like heroes of might and magic than settlers, at least to me.

Half considered taking a look at the II remake on DS (if they remade III on DS, I'd likely have lost my life again already).

Just ran through the CoD4 campaign again last weekend. Used to be online a fair bit when it first came out but got a bit bored of it. May jump back on when I get a chance since there are a few PSBers on there. My online tag is always Crumpetman.

Just got back into Dead Space too. Left it about 1/3 way through the campaign but really enjoying it now.

Oh, and if you're interested in an indie fix, Braid is a brilliant little game. Available through Steam.

Plasma cutter is my primary weapon
I'm spending all my power nodes building it up. I've found it the easiest weapon with which to "strategically dismember" the baddies.

Also, playing in the dark wearing canalphones. A few pant soiling moments have been had.

Hearing good things about this game, haven't looked at it yet though.

Anybody had a crack at Prototype yet?

I grabbed it last night, but I'm being good and not installing it before my astrophysics exam...

I've heard a bunch of good things.
"In all the human societies we have ever reviewed, in every age and in every state, there has seldom if ever been a shortage of eager young males prepared to kill and die to preserve the security, comfort and prejudices of their elders, and what you call heroism is just an expression of this fact; there is never a scarcity of idiots." -The Culture
