Test Drive... love that game
Beaten it on 360, ps2... and just bought it new from EB games for $10 for PC!!
Now.. if I get a psp... LOL
Played Ghostbusters last night. If you're a fan of the movies then I can't recommend this game enough. The physics engine is simply amazing. Bill Murray is still a funny fucker!
Also I just heard that Starcraft II does not have lan support. Epic fail imho.

Yes no LAN support would be a very big fail!
Where did you get that info from if you dont mind my asking.
Ride ride ride.
Have been playing the new Red Faction recently...
Great fun!!
Getting to run around and blow pretty much anything up, or being able to bust through any wall with your trusty sledge hammer.. so much awesomeness!!
StarCraft 2 Community Manager Responds to LAN Debate|IncGamers
LAN competition is what RTS games are all about, and absolutely should not have been ommited. I'm not a starcraft fan and won't be getting it but no LAN will make many people quite unhappy.

^^ WHS.
Blizzard games, ALL blizzard games, happen to have a long history of spectacular failures when it comes to latency for Australian customers, whenever battle.net is involved.
Diablo II can hit 50ms delay on a LAN; on battle.net, I was hovering between 500 and 1500ms. No, it's definitely not 'playable' at these settings other than logging on as a freeloader, since it's a twitch hack & slash, sometimes requiring reactions as fast as, say, 200ms.
Warcraft III was a failure on more than one front, with every Vivendi-funded competitive tournament having a showing of approximately 90% night elf players, and most online activity actually being generated by a specific fan-created map (DOTA), which in fact completely ignores most of the RTS mechanics and content that shipped with the game. Here, yet again, we have a case where all of the australian DOTA players will play exclusively at LANs or else connect to very specially set up lobbies in order to avoid the nightmare that is Battle.Net on Australian latency.
Or how about World of Warcraft, which isn't battle.net enabled? It originally launched with all Australian players at a significant disadvantage (up to 1500ms latency in some cases) and even to this day contains clauses excluding Australians from applying for arena tournaments, among other things (not that these would be feasible, given the impact of latency on pvp).
Without offline multiplayer support (i.e. LANs), I'm going to continue to look for something to satisfy my rts bloodlust that Dawn of War created. Won't even pick up SC2, I can live without the singleplayer in most RTSes beyond a quick tutorial, tbqh.
If they try pulling this crap with Diablo III as well, I think I might just be done with Blizzard titles.
So the gist of this article is that piracy is bad, LAN support means piracy so no LAN support. All the arguments in the article are aimed at piracy not how they plan on providing a better alternative to LAN for their customers.
Sorry, not buying it. Blizzard will rake in a crapload of cash with this game regardless of how they plan on tackling piracy. Plus they're breaking the cardinal rule when it comes to piracy protection which is "don't fuck your paying customers!" I'm all for making piracy more difficult but if it hurts your paying customers you're doing it wrong.
Sounds more like an Activision decision to me. Bobby Kotik's on the warpath.
Battlefield 2 had virtually NO piracy, purely due to the ranked play system.
And they still had LAN play.
Seriously WTF Blizzard.
Battle.net is lame.
At least have the decency to do what EA (Destroyer of Worlds) did and allow people to rent out local servers.
^exactly. I downloaded a hacked bf2 before I played it, then as soon as I realised I could get weapon unlocks online, I bought a legit copy and never looked back.* Fucking Blizzard. *(and then got shitted off with the randomised hitboxing and bugginess, and really put the hate on EA, then never looked back.)
edit: jesus fuck what the fuck is wrong with the fucking formatting of text in the forums software.
Oh, installed Prototype (PC) last night and had a quick go. I'm enjoying it so far but have to admit i'm surprised by the crappiness of the graphics. Granted this is the first open world GTA like game I've played but I was expecting something a bit flasher. Surely with games lthat look like FarCry 2 on the shelves they can do better than this.
Graphics aside i'm loving the feel of the game. Movement in the game really captures the "superpowers" feel like no other game i've played. Can't wait for the glide ability to kick in.

Are there any counterstrike source whores here?
Haven't played for a while but as far as FPS's go, it's still my favourite.
Im a css whore.
You talk about domination, but have you ever caress her spine with your fingertips, Bedded her for the night, or gotten lost in her beauty?
Just finished Prototype and about to install Ghostbusters - yay!
I do not mean to pry, but you don't, by any chance, happen to have six fingers on your right hand?
