I wanna, but i have a bike that needs to be reassembled.

But if i do, whats riding home like after a climb? Would it be a better idea to drive my car in?

I went on Saturday, and only stalled twice on the way home, had trouble holding the clutch in. It completely rapes your arms, forearm and finger strength especially.

But I'll be on the bike again tonight

My friend moved to Melbourne and gave me his climbing harness and chalk bag, and been meaning to get back into it... Pencil me extra lightly in for another night, though very interested if I can get a buddy for a night (the girlfriend said she hates rock climbing).

EDIT: Also, any idea what's a good brand of thinner soled shoe to use for climbing? I used to wear Drift Cats but I chucked them when I moved house, not so keen on paying ridonkulous amounts for "proper" rockclimbing shoes.

Barfy do the bright orange 18 in the far right corner if your back is to the entrance, it's fun and makes you think, it is more about balance than strength.

Has anyone tried the 100 hold challenge at Rockface recently? I got to 26 on week 2 without a warmup, looking at the route it seems a bit earsier to begin with than the week 1 course.

At the moment I can make it, on the white 100 challenge, to 63 in one hit, but can make all the moves to 77. On the red 100 challenge, I can make it to 37 so far. Still working on it quite regularly though.
