ASX Listed Perth property developer is seeking a Corporate Receptionist /Administration Assistant.
Your duties will include:
Managing switchboard and attending to general queries as the first point of contact
Daily scanning and electronic filing of financial and project based filing using a document management system
Managing the reception, meeting room and kitchen areas
Greeting clients attending meetings and providing refreshments
Maintaining office stationery supplies
Daily mail and banking duties
Ad hoc. administrative duties such as photocopying, binding etc.
To be the successful applicant you will have:
Excellent customer service skills
Previous experience in a Reception role
Competent Microsoft Office skills (especially Word and Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail
Professional manner and presentation
Ability to work independently and show initiative to take ownership of the role
