We need pro help designing our new store.

Hey Brains Trust,
My partner and I are wanting to move our store into a larger position within our shopping center and the management are trying to get us to use their people, and they want to slug us $7500 to do the shop design.
We opened our 2nd store 2 yrs ago and they allowed us to do the tech drawings ourselves.
I'm hoping someone within here works in this field of expertise and may be willing to help us out. We just cant get our head around $7500 for basically a cad drawing for a retail shop (in Broome for F@#K Sake).
Any help/advice will be "greatly" appreciated.

What does the shop do, how large is it, what is your preferred budget?

Thanks for the reply's guy's. We put the feelers out around town and a builder mate came past and has told us he may have someone from his office who might be willing to help. Marras, If we need some further advice I will pm you. Thanks very much for the offer. Prof Redfern, were a surf/dirt & skate shop. Our preferred budget is always, a box or two of beer. But, anything reasonable really. $7500 is just unbelievable. BlackFZR, will keep Nate in mind also...
