i did. Nowhere in there does it say 10. It says 1 installation only for server OSs and "one user may install and use copies of the software on any of your devices", which seems kind of open ended to me.

i thought you might have had something which says specifically 10.

PS, i'm quoting from TechNet Plus Subscriptions License Terms

No win9x. A strange omission, given the inclusion of 3.1/11/2

How do I buy a download of Win 7?

When I go to the Microsoft Australia page, then click "buy windows 7", I end up at the US checkout and it wont accept my Australian details.

Obviously I'm doing something wrong. Anyone got a direct link to where they got it or something?

Technet's subscription system is a disgrace. It took 24 hours to get a confirmation that my order had been received, and now it'll take another 48 hours before I get access. So much for working on the PCs over the weekend.

I'm a little confused because from what I can see, this Technet thingy gives you "evaluation" rights. What I was reading suggested its purely for evaluation purposes. So this would be no good for our office. Is that correct?

    Correct.

however if you are a tech guy and want to test or learn how to use all this shit at home, you're sweet.

for work or production use, you should either get the retail versions or a corporate licensing agreement....

or... you could install using these keys (in a dev/test environment), but if/when microsoft audit you, you'll need to get proper commercial use licenses.

Yeh I recieved my first email pretty quickly, the second came yesterday arvo (it takes a while for the cash to clear from the C.C.) and am waiting on the third. Its frustrating cause I know my ID code already, but because it hasn't gone through its systems I cant use it. Oh well I have all next week off anyway.
