I've just noticed some weird Thai name person (Chaychanok Preeboonkrong) is sharing my itunes!

Have I been hacked or what?!?!

iTunes ---> Sharing ---> Share my iTunes library on the local network.
Turn it off.

This a laptop or desktop? Do you plug a blue cable into it?
While you are at it Rach, click on the apple in the top right of your screen, then System Preferences.
Then under "Internet and Networking" click on sharing, untick anything that is ticked.

If your router (modem) has an aerial, it's wireless, he's leeching through that.
Yeah, yellow cable is the same as a blue one.
If you aren't using your wireless, I'll just turn it off, PM me your addy and when you'll be home, I'll pop over tomorrow night.

I want to understand computers, it's just a collection of random acronyms to me.

How do I switch this on(itunes sharing)? I have my music on my desktop but want to play it on my laptop as well. Both windows. Also I somehow managed to get 2 printers on one computer to connect to the rest of the computers in the house. Has this meant that I have left the computer open to attack? + files sent between computers with skype, do they count as uploads and downloads? Once I have the itunes linked together will the file sharing that happens from that count to any of my limits?
