YouTube & Adsense, worth my while?

I've had a vid on youtube for a while now, it's got 160k+ views. Nothing too exciting, just me giving the ER6 a bit of a rev.

Anyways...just got an email from youtube, inviting me to monetise my video (ie. embed ads). For this I need a google adsense account.

They aren't too clear on the earning potential, they just say 'register and then check your profile to see how much you have earned'. This sounds a bit light on info to me.

Anyone know what the average earning would be per click? The vid is currently getting about 200 views per day. Would it be worth my while?

I would say, why not? Read the fine print and if you arent worried about the artistic integrity of your directorial debut then go for it.

just going to put it out there - i really really hate youtube vids with the ads on them. IMHO its ruined youtube. I know I can just click the close button on the ads, but it pisses me off.

Yeah, I know it's a crapasaki, but it's a nice clear vid with nice clear sound, so if you're looking to compare aftermarket exhausts for one, it does the job nicely.

Also, most of the hits are coming from France and Germany, and we know what they're like
