Tried adding as a URL and a file, no dice.
Mine was uploaded from a file rather than a URL.

I thought they were all old legacy ones from back when they were allowed (eg. XS), but Aphex's is fairly recent, so I'm stumped.

The one before this was animated also.
File sizes are only like 19k or some such.

Under 19kb and 150x150 pixels.
Works for me as an avatar, not as a signature.
Animation visible on computer, but not on phone using tapatalk.

Mine's new but I just made sure it was quite small and quite simple and it works. There are so many other ones I'd like to use but they don't fit
