Approval to post ?

Hi Guys

I am fairly new to the forum and tried to post in a forum (had a youtube vid linked) and it said it will need to be approved by a mod? Is there a minimum time or post count before new members can post freely?(my powers of search have turned up nothing)

yeah, for the first initial period (10 or 20 posts) you cant post links.
designed to stop spammers from posting links to crap.
