Can't see embedded youtube videos

So I am feeling a little sheepish as I post this, as the Mac that I have consistently spruiked to PC users as "it just works" isn't "just working".

For some reason I can't see any of the youtube videos embedded in PSB. I've tried clearing cookies, emptying the cache and resetting safari but it doesn't seem to want to work. All I see is a large blank space that should be a video. I can still watch videos on youtube without any worries. Allowing pop-ups also doesn't make a difference.

Also, Im using Safari 5.0.5 on OS X 10.6.8.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? Any help would be very greatly appreciated.
