As a consumer you obviously do not want to hear our pathetic excuses for our inability to provide a prompt and definitive solution to your request so I will not go on to say that PSB is run by volunteers who have real lives and other things to do other than run around and attend to name change requests created by people's inability to choose an appropriate nickname upon initial registration.
Please accept this post as our most sincere apology.
